Dozyme Terms of Service

Welcome to Dozyme. "Dozyme" means the mobile application (including iOS), website dozyme.cn, API (api.dozyme.cn), and audio services (audio.dozyme.cn) developed and operated by 河南水网信息技术有限公司 (Henan Shuiwang Information Technology Co., Ltd.) ("we," "us"). Dozyme is a product brand of this company.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, registration, login, and use of Dozyme.

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully, especially provisions in bold. If you are under 18, review these Terms with your guardian.

1.3 By using Dozyme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Dozyme.

2. The Services

2.1 Dozyme provides sleep and ambient audio experiences, including scenes, a sound library, mixing, favorites, personalization, and Premium benefits.

2.2 The Services are not medical or professional health advice.

3. Accounts

3.1 You may register with an email address and set a password.

3.2 Your account is personal and must not be transferred to others.

3.3 You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You must comply with applicable laws and must not disrupt the Services.

5. Privacy

5.1 See our Privacy Policy.

6. Premium Subscriptions (iOS)

6.1 Premium auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.) are sold through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the store at purchase time and may vary by region.

6.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6.3 Trial membership: If you start Premium through an App Store free trial (including an Introductory Offer), you receive member benefits during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the store price unless you cancel auto-renew before the trial period ends.

6.4 Complimentary membership: Time-limited membership granted by us (for example referral rewards or promotions) expires when the grant period ends. It does not auto-charge or renew through your Apple ID.

6.5 Referral program: After an invitee redeems a valid invite code within the stated window and starts Premium through the App Store Introductory Offer, the inviter may receive complimentary membership. Invitees obtain trial membership via Apple's Introductory Offer. Eligibility, caps, and rules are as shown in the app.

6.6 You must be signed in to your Dozyme account to purchase or restore subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Dozyme content is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

8.1 The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
